Kathy De Leye was founder and CEO of Alando Global, which provided services for Chinese e-commerce sellers. From 2017 till 2019, Alando Global was based in Shenzhen, China and she helped Chinese factories to sell their products on Amazon. In 2019, she moved back to Belgium and together with her Chinese husband, she bought a warehouse in Liege. Together they helped Chinese e-commerce sellers to import their goods, provide storage and last-mile delivery. the company had a yearly revenue of about 5 million euros and had about 27 employees.

Kathy De Leye as a martial artist
1. From 2004 till 2008 she studied Shaolin Kung Fu in Belgium.
2. From 2008 till 2010, she studied BuDiZhen Kung Fu in Yangshuo, this is a mix of Shaolin and Wudang Kung Fu.
3. From 2010 on, she studies Chen Tai Chi. She got her first silver medal in the Chen Tai Chi traditional form in a local Guangdong competition in 2011. In 2013, she got a gold medal and silver medal at an International competition in Jiaozuo, Henan. In 2014, she participated at the Tai Chi World Championship. She didn’t get any medal, but got a high score for both forms she performed there and improved her own personal best.
4. In 2023, she went back to China, first time after corona. She practiced for 2 weeks with her previous Tai Chi master.
5. In October 2024, she went to Wudang mountain to train in a temple and studied Baguazhang and Qi Gong there.

In 2018, Kathy obtained the certificate of Life Coach of Robbins-Maddanes training. This is the certificate of Tony Robbins, one of the top life coaches in USA.
She continues to go to retreats and workshops of other top coaches, like Joe Dispenza, Greg Braden, T. Harv Eker,… to help people with challenges they face.
